Javier came into the story as a moving van driver.
However, Mez knew him before this.
He's a pretty fun guy.

He's kinda show offy. Plus his body build is bigger than most of the characters. Though, that should be expected from someone who fought in a war. The tattoo and left ear damage came from this.
