Agent Specs is pretty tall for a raccoon. He's also pretty green for a raccon. His ears are really pointy for a raccoon. Infact, if it weren't for his tail, I don't think he looks like a raccoon at all! Of course, this could be due to his hybrid design. He's a brownish-yellow-green. Like any raccoon, he has the dark mask pattern on his face. And in that mask is his ??? ??? meaning he has ??? ???.

Specs wears the standard ??? uniform. It sports the shiny-white ??? class design and the ??? ???. The armor around his shoulder, back, neck and ear and the visor he wears were salvaged from a ??? ??? ???. It's just the ??? ???, so it's not as good as wearing the ??? ???. His gloves allow him to interact with the ??? Hologram interface.

What can I say about him? He's a genius. A genius who back stabbed his way to the top! He attemps every deceitful trick and uses everyone as pawns to get his status. He's totally cocky and paranoid. But not in the same way Cole is. Infact, Specs and Cole don't really get along. It's a wonder that they're on the same team. Especially when Specs technically outranks Cole. Though he does help Cole when it benefits him.

He really only cared for himself growing up. Friends were just things to use. He couldn't keep them anyways. Always moving ahead and skipping grades...As long as he thought he was on top, he could get along with people he thought were beneath him for the limited time. Those who outperformed him, though, were his enemies. But that was completely rare. He got rewards, honors, scholarships...and a huge ego. Immedietly after graduating from college, he was contacted by ??? ??? ??? ??? as ??? and put on the ??? team. Within just 2 years, he got to the ??? ??? of the Disturbance 581 division.
