Commander Steil is quite the big and intimidating leader.

As stated, this zebra is huge at a towering 6'10". He's strong as fast with a solidly built body. His muzzle is completely black as well as his ear tips. Stripes cover his fur with a sharp and symmetrical design. His hair is styled in a spiked mane going all the way down to his lower neck. The most distinguishing part though, is his eyes. Just like Agent Cole and Specs, Steil was ??? ??? a ??? ??? ???. But he was ??? the ??? and caused this eery blue glow viewable by other ??? ??? ???.

Instead of doning the usual ??? uniform, Steil wears a suit. This is, as you may have guessed, due to his Commander status. The gold omega medal he wears is a symbol of this. But this doesn't mean it's any less safe than Cole's suit. It shouldn't be used in battle, but ??? is well protected while he wears that. And despite the formal attire, he still wears the same shoes Cole would wear.

You may expect him to be daunting and a power hog. But he's quite understanding and a respectable leader. He does follow the rules strictly though. No matter what. It's what got him to his high position. Rules and regulations govern him. Which in turn, also his subordinates. Any action done against his will infuriates him. ??? would react to this by giving harsh punishment by the book...and nonregulated action. Especially Agent Cole. Who's on his last chance.
