Oh Jan and your...Jan...ness. Calling dibs on the master bedroom and calling Obama a savior.

Well, I hope that you've noticed it by now that I do commentary on current events but from a future point of view. So, I hope you enjoy that. And if you didn't understand Mez's line in panel 4; here's a link to the story it's about: Link.

I was about to use a real news station and news anchor. But I didn't feel like pondering the legal status of that. Just like Greg's List. It's a parody of Craig's List.

So, storywise, we're renting a house and Mez has to get used to the lack of color. And Jan's going to the bathroom.

I am severely dissapointed in this page. Seriously. Worst drawn page ever.

8 panels. So, I lied about page 4 being the longest. Well...they're about equal in terms of detail. Plus, this page was sketched instead of properly placing reference lines and whatnot like I usually do. But I inked over the sketches. Except for Mez in the final panel. That was kept in his sketch/watercolor form. So, this disaster of a page is sort of a transition for drawing styles.

Edit 11-15-2008: This was posted on the 15th, but was done on the 14th. But I found several typos. I guess that's what I get for making a wall of text comic.

Edit: 02-01-2009: I made the text more readable by making the page wider so I could make the font bigger. So I brought it up to page #03-02 standards. Also, I was right. People would start short selling their houses (Selling at their lower market value).

Edit: 06-01-2009: I upped the resolution on this again to 1005 px wide from 835 px. I might to this to the rest. Also, it's a pretty good buyers' market at the moment. Oh yeah. Not so much for the sellers though.
